She is generally thought of as the “Hub” of the office as most things tend to filter through her at many points throughout the process. If you call into the office and have the opportunity to chat with her you will find a friendly personality on the other side of the phone that is ready to help. When Amanda gets time to escape she loves being in the outdoors fishing, golfing, and going on roadtrips.

You might not see Sheila or ever get a chance to talk with her, but she has been right alongside Tim from the very beginning. Keeping the Fischer HQ in order and maintaining Fischer Roofings financial records (accounts payable and receivable) you can count on this dog to keep things rolling and get things done. Sheila enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, entertaining guests at home or at the family cabin and tending to her flower garden.

Tim founded Fischer Co. in 1983 and started the Fischer Flat Roofing division in 1996. Having a passion for creating & working with his hands his whole life you will not come across another person so eager to help find the solution to any flat roof related issue then Tim. His outgoing genuine personality and knowledge of the construction/flat roof industry allows clients to rest assured knowing the project is in good hands and will be taken care of in the proper manner that you as a client will be happy with and Fischer Roofing as a business can be proud to stand behind. When not working Tim enjoys spending quality time with his family, which includes his wife Sheila and 4 wild boys. Being a man of many projects, free time is rare, but when it comes around you can find Tim Motorcycling, hunting, spending time at the family cabin, creating new inventions and starting new projects.

Taking pride in his work, and being the perfectionist he is you can count on this dog to get you an accurate estimate when you need it. In his time off you can find Jordan flying down the trails on his mountain bike or spending time with his family.

Nathan has been with Fischer Roofing since 2009 and in the construction industry for over 20. He brings a thoughtful and caring approach to each and every job he oversees, he uses his vast construction knowledge to ensure each roof is completed to the highest standards that we as a company can be proud of and you as a client can appreciate for many years to come. Nathan enjoys being in the outdoors, gardening, music, and cooking, all while sharing those moments with family and friends.

Jesse has been with Fischer Roofing since 2010 and in the construction industry since 2003. When it comes to flat roofs; he has seen it all. His ability to sniff out and find the source of the leak or the problem and execute the proper repair is what he does best. After years of repairing many different types of roof systems you can count on this dog to come to the rescue. When Jesse’s not working you can find him, but most likely not catch him, driving his motorcycle wherever the open road takes him and spending time with family and friends.

Tony joined the Fischer Roofing team in 2015, with over 20 years of management behind him. You can count on this dog to grab the bull by the horns and get things done. His exceptional organizational skills, analytical thought process and ability to communicate with clients and contractors throughout each project will leave your mind at rest knowing your roof is in good hands. In addition, Tony makes sure our equipment is maintained, materials are ordered and our crews are completing your job at the deadlines we had predicted. With a passion for work, he enjoys being around the Fischer Roofing HQ, grilling out in the summer months, and ATVing.
